On a prime waterway bluff, near the site of the original Pembroke Jones hunt club, a modern Mediterranean residence reinterprets Jones’ aesthetic in stucco walls, arched fenestration and green Spanish roof tiles. A sleek, contemporary interior complements the reinterpreted style. At 10 feet tall, a glass veil spans the width of the living space, framing waterway views. An arcaded loggia and terraced outdoor living spaces surround the lap pool, not far from where Verazzano made landfall.
